THE NEW ERA OF THE BAND
Souls of Diotima have announced, after their first twenty years of career and the release of their new single 'Another Day in Paradise', that they are turning over a new era of the band by officially announcing the entry next summer into Studio Bohus of Oscar Nilsson for the production of their fifth album, which will begin their musical turnaround. The frontwoman Claudia Barsi says : "After these first twenty years that we absolutely do not deny, indeed we will continue to perform live all our discography, we finally decided both musically and aesthetically to create what we really are and feel inside. Our first productions, which are absolutely fantastic, always followed that classic female metal trend, perhaps following certain well-known canons, and today we have arrived at such an awareness that we are finally able to create something that is really ours and to be and present ourselves to the audience as we really are. But again, of course, we love our previous productions and we will continue to perform them live. Hence the decision, for now, to remain as the official line-up me, Fabio and Giorgio being the main proponents of this new step. In the future, it's not certain that there will be no new entries". Welcome Fabio
After intense days of auditions, we finally arrived at the choice of our new official guitarist. It was not easy to make a choice, because this involves not only a technical aspect, but also a professional posture and good communication. In Fabio we found all these characteristics, he is a technically great guitarist, with our vision of music and a serious professional. We are very happy with this choice. Soon we will post one of his video for you on our page where he will present himself to you. Welcome to the family Fabio!! Fabio says : " I’m really very happy to be part of a great band that i've always admired. Now we have a lot of work to do for the release of the new album and for the next live in 2021. For me it is an immense joy to join the Souls of Diotima family and soon i will make a video to introduce myself to the fans of the band where i want to share my total enthusiasm with you.
